An aggrieved woman may submit a complaint within three months of the incident; a further three months may be allowed in specified circumstances.
Supporting prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment and gender discrimination at the workplace.
The ICC considers complaints of sexual harassment and works to create a workplace where women can participate with safety and dignity.
The Committee acts in line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act and Rules.
It makes recommendations on prevention, resolution, settlement and prosecution of discrimination and sexual harassment, while providing time-bound support to the aggrieved person.

Complaints are considered through an inquiry process set out under the applicable Act and service rules.
An aggrieved woman may submit a complaint within three months of the incident; a further three months may be allowed in specified circumstances.
The ICC conducts an inquiry, normally completing it within 90 days and submitting its report within 10 days after completion.
Management acts on the Committee’s recommendations within 60 days. An appeal may be made within 90 days.
