Postgraduate admission is conducted through the Centralized Admission Procedure of KBC North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.

Admission Procedure

Fill the prescribed admission form carefully. Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be accepted.
For First Year classes, submit the eligibility form, original mark sheet, and required true copies.
Admission is confirmed only after eligibility is obtained from North Maharashtra University.
Second Year and Third Year students must attach attested copies of the previous examination mark sheet.
Students from other colleges within the university jurisdiction must produce a Transfer Certificate and obtain written university permission for college change where required.
Subject or faculty changes are normally not allowed after admission. Any permitted change depends on authority approval and notified deadlines.
The college authority may refuse admission as per institutional and university rules.

Eligibility

Course Eligibility Snapshot

Course	Basic Eligibility
F.Y.B.Sc.	H.S.C. or equivalent examination with English and eligible Science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Geography, or Geology. Equivalent technical, professional, MCVC, or open-school cases are subject to university rules.
F.Y.B.Sc. Computer	H.S.C. Science or equivalent with English, Mathematics, and Physics, with admission as per applicable entrance or college process.
BA / B.Com.	Admission is based on applicable H.S.C. or equivalent eligibility rules of KBC North Maharashtra University and the college.
M.Sc.	Admission is through KBC North Maharashtra University centralized admission procedure and subject to university eligibility, merit, and seat availability.

Eligibility details can change by university notification. Students should confirm the current rule with the admission office before final submission.

For UG and PG Admission

Printed admission form filled accurately with black ball pen.
Anti-ragging undertaking signed by student and parent.
Three recent passport-size colour photographs.
One photocopy of Class 10 mark sheet.
Original Class 12 mark sheet with three attested photocopies.
Original school leaving certificate with three attested photocopies.
Original bonafide or character certificate with two attested photocopies.
Caste certificate and income certificate photocopies where applicable.
Required admission fee amount as per the fee structure.

Cancellation

Fee Refund Rules

Within 15 days of admission: full fee refund as per stated rules.
Within 16 to 30 days: refund after 20% deduction.
After 30 days: no fee refund.
