Teasing and humiliation
Words, actions or demands that tease, treat another student with rudeness, or create shame and embarrassment are not acceptable.
A welcoming, respectful and safe campus for every student — with zero tolerance for ragging.
Ragging is totally prohibited on campus. Anyone found guilty of, abetting, or conspiring to promote ragging is liable to punishment under UGC Regulations 2009 and applicable law.
The College is committed to a congenial, welcoming environment for freshers and all students across its constituent institutes.
Ragging can include behaviour that causes annoyance, hardship, physical or psychological harm, fear, embarrassment, disruption of academics, financial extortion, physical abuse, or conduct that affects a student’s mental health and self-confidence.
No student should be asked to endure harmful, humiliating or disruptive behaviour in the name of introduction, seniority or any other pretext.

Physical or psychological harm, fear, harassment, abuse and threats must be reported immediately.
No senior may disrupt a student’s studies, demand services, or impose financial or other burdens.
The Committee has been constituted in accordance with UGC Regulation 2009.
